The Network Operation Center we utilize is staffed 24-hours a day by experienced technicians and utilizes multiple redundant network transit providers.  All network hardware is provided by Cisco Systems and is fully switched. Servers are serviced by redundant physical network connections for reliability and security and has multiple hardware and software based firewall instruments in place. The NOC also has intrusion detection systems to provide the highest level of security possible.
